Join us for a free webinar on Empowering Hydrogen Energy with Real-Time Simulation and HIL Testing of Multi-Energy Systems. Hydrogen has the power to transform our energy generation and delivery systems, particularly as a part of multi-energy systems, also known as multi-energy flow. The RTDS Simulator enables the simulation of multi-energy systems including hydrogen energy components in real time, which allows for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing of related control systems.

New models and sample cases for the RTDS Simulator provide the unique capability of representing and analyzing both the electrical and thermohydraulic characteristics of system components. Electrolyzer, storage tank, compressor, humidifier/mixer, and fuel cell models, as well as detailed models of the required power electronic converters and their controls, are combined to create comprehensive electromagnetic transient (EMT) models of multi-energy systems featuring hydrogen energy.
