Award celebrates excellence in expanding geographic markets through significant and sustained export sales

The Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME) has named RTDS Technologies Inc its Export award recipient for 2020/2021.

The Export award celebrates companies with demonstrated excellence in expanding into geographic markets through significant and sustained export sales. Recipients are selected based on a certain degree of revenue growth — either through regular operations or the creation of additional product lines or the innovation of existing designs — and on good corporate citizenship and the expansion of Manitoban and Canadian employment.

Since its inception in 1994, RTDS Technologies has grown significantly. Our customer base now spans six continents, with nearly 500 customers composed of world-leading research centres, universities, original equipment manufacturers, utilities, and consulting firms across 50 countries. RTDS Technologies has established itself, and maintained its position as a world leader in its craft, since its creation.

“The company has grown from five founders to a total of 80 employees, with the reputation that we’re world leaders in real-time digital simulation,” says Kelly McNeill, Chief Executive Officer, in a promotional video that will air during CME’s Awards Gala. “We’ve always known ourselves as large exporters, but it’s great to be recognized … It’s important for Manitobans and people around the world to know that organizations like ours exist.”
